As you can see, there were some very exciting matches in the first week of the tournament. France and Ireland both won their opening matches, while England and South Africa also recorded comfortable victories. There were also some upsets, with Argentina and Scotland both losing their first matches.

The second week of the tournament will see the remaining 12 teams in action. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the quarterfinals, so there is still plenty to play for. I am looking forward to seeing how the tournament unfolds in the coming weeks.
